Conner Farnham, DO
I am a psychiatry resident who has completed 4 years of medical school followed by 4+ years of residency training. My specialty training in psychiatry will be completed by the end of 2026 and I will be a fully board-certified psychiatrist in 2027. My approach to care is holistic, accounting for all facets of an individual including the mental, physical, social, spiritual, and more. I also strive to incorporate elements of therapy and positive philosophy with all my patients with the goal of not only alleviating illness, but nurturing wellness.
Experience
Dr. Farnham was born in Aurora, Colorado and has continued to live in Colorado throughout his life. He attended the University of Denver where he earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Biochemistry, followed by a medical education at Rocky Vista University - College of Osteopathic Medicine at their Parker campus. During his time in medical school Dr. Farnham served as class council vice president, among numerous other leadership and community roles. He then attended a year of general medical training at the HCA Transitional Program through Sky Ridge Medical Center before transitioning to the HCA Psychiatry Program through The Medical Center of Aurora where he is currently finalizing his training. There he worked with a diverse array of populations, pathologies and treatment modalities, as well as receiving mentorship from Dr. Robinson throughout. Dr. Farnham also has experience with high acuity and complexity mental health populations from his part-time work at the Colorado Mental Health Hospital at Fort Logan. Moving beyond graduation from residency Dr. Farnham has particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults, a holistic approach to care leading to multimodal treatment plans emphasizing therapy-influenced interventions, and incorporation of aspects of positive and empowering philosophy into his practice. When not working, Dr. Farnham enjoys reading, writing, playing hockey, concert going, as well as time with his extended family and friends throughout the greater Denver area.
